Open role: Virtual Assistant
I’m a specialised copywriting and email strategy biz, partnering with established wellness, outdoor, and sports brands to bump up their messaging and customer engagement.
My clients are innovative brands seeking to deepen their connection with their audience through strategic communication and compelling storytelling.
The ideal candidate will have brilliant communication skills, be tech-savvy and revel in project management tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be part of helping ambitious brands tell their stories better.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Design Support:
Creating professional presentations in Canva using provided copy I’ve provided and brand design templates
Formatting and publishing content on Substack
Researching potential media opportunities, including podcasts and online publications
Administrative Excellence:
Setting up and managing Dubsado workflows
Organising meetings with clients and prospects
Overseeing client project timelines and deadlines
Required Skills:
Exceptional written communication skills (fluency in English is ideal)
Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets) and Dubsado
Experience with calendar management and project timeline coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Previous experience as a VA or in a similar role for a B2B service provider
Added bonuses (though they aren’t vital):
You know your way round the back-end of Klaviyo
Familiarity with Substack
You’re a dab-hand using either CapCut or Descript (or similar, to repurpose video content into Reels etc)
Experience with media outreach or PR

Compensation: $18-$25USD depending on experience
This’ll be on a freelance basis (not via a part-time employment contract).
