What role should your website play in your business?

So why do you want to do this? I’m guessing you want some guidance on what to say and how to say it.
Whenever you’re writing anything for your website — in fact, it could even be a social media post or blog article — keep these three things in mind: what you want a future customer to do, think and feel, that is going to help move them towards being a paying customer.
So if we think back to the idea of our future customers walking down a path, this is the equivalent to holding their hand along this journey.
